Do I need notarization first?

Do I need to send documents?

YES!  After review, payment and process, the original document must be mailed to us to process.  (Exception is FBI Background checks - An email copy is acceptable. Must be PDF)

Once payment is received, we will ship you a FedEx envelope with instructions, additional FedEx Envelope for return.

Can a notary provide an apostille?

A notary does not issue the apostille. Instead, I provide a courier service that delivers your documents to the appropriate federal office for processing and returns the completed paperwork to you.
