For eligible documents, RON — Remote Online Notary service may be available by appointment through the BlueNotary platform. The process usually takes about 15 minutes to sign in, verify your ID, and complete the notarization.
Please have your ID ready for online verification. Payment is made beforehand.

Loan signing appointments are different from general mobile notary work. Home loan packages, refinance documents, seller packages, HELOCs, and real estate closing documents may require a specially trained or properly authorized loan signing agent.
Maryland Mobile Notary Express is not authorized to conduct loan signings. If your documents are for a mortgage closing, refinance, seller package, or title company signing, I can refer you to someone who handles loan signing appointments.
