Translation work begins after all documents have been pre-reviewed and payment has been received. Certified translations are available for USCIS and immigration documents, birth certificates, marriage certificates, declarations, affidavits, school records and other official documents.
Declarations, statements and letters are translated exactly as written. Errors, crossed-out wording and other content appearing in the original are preserved appropriately. The original document should accompany the certified translation when submitted to the receiving agency.
Translator certification and electronic PDF delivery are included. Maryland Notary Certification is optional and costs an additional $25 per order.
