How it works

Instructions

  1. Select the service above and place your order
    Choose the appropriate service and options (delivery, embassy drop-off, etc.) during checkout.

  2. Country review
    The destination country determines whether your document receives an Apostille (Hague) or Authentication (non-Hague).

  3. Upload your FBI Background Check PDF
    The file must be the official FBI Identity History Summary PDF exactly as issued.

  4. Document review
    We review your submission and confirm eligibility. If anything is missing or unclear, we’ll contact you before processing.

  5. Processing & updates
    Once payment is confirmed, we hand-deliver your document to the U.S. Department of State in Washington, DC.
    You’ll receive status updates by email or text.

  6. Return delivery
    Completed documents are returned via your selected delivery method.
    Non-Hague destinations may require additional legalization at the destination country.
